No additional fees for customisation. Instead, a deposit is required upon confirmation. This amount can be used to offset from the total amount purchased. For re-make items, only change of colors is allowed (subject to availability). STRICTLY NO CHANGE of design. For customisation, indicate in your email if you have any other special requirements/ requests.

All transactions are in Singapore dollars (SGD).

FREE NORMAL SHIPPING within Singapore, for all purchases. Buyer has to bear all risk of damage and/or lost mails. Please note that I will not be liable for any loss of items after I have posted out your items. I will not call/visit the Post Office to check/trace the package for you.
If you do not feel safe using normal mail, you may request for Registered Mail at an additional fee of $2.40. However, this will be provided FREE for single purchase above $68.

Free gift with purchase policy: only 1 single purchase entitled to 1 free gift.

Please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery upon receipt of payment.

NOTE: Free shipping is only applicable for accessories sold on Celia's Innovation.

Please note that I DO NOT entertain meet ups. However, you may wish to opt for self-collection at a designated place.

If you need to receive your item urgently, you may wish to opt for self-collect.

MODE OF PAYMENT:

A. iBanking or OCBC ATM transfer
Kindly email me after payment made, with the following:
1. Date & total amount of funds transferred;
2. Transaction number & ibanking initial for identification purposes;
3. Your name and mailing address if you have not done so in your order email; and
4. Also quote order number if you have been issued one. Not all purchase orders will be given a number.

B. Paypal
This option is only applicable for purchases above $100 and/or international orders.

C. Personal Cheque
Items will only be sent out upon clearance of cheque.
